Leggado Digital was born with a mission: to help people organize and protect their digital assets. However, they knew something was missing. The platform worked well, but it didn’t convey the trust and warmth needed to emotionally connect with its users. They wanted their website to be more than just a tool—a space where people could feel secure and at ease while planning something as personal as their digital legacy.
Research and strategy
As a first step, I delved into Leggado Digital’s core values, as the design needed to capture the essence of something deeply human and meaningful. Then, I researched visual trends and conducted a competitive benchmark to identify opportunities for differentiation. The goal was to develop a design that not only faithfully reflected the brand’s identity but also combined functionality, visual appeal, and a warmth that aligned with its purpose.
Transforming the visual experience
The redesign was more than just applying colors or changing typography; I created a cohesive visual narrative. I selected a color palette that evoked emotional impact, combined with high-quality images that conveyed warmth and security, aligning with the brand’s values. Additionally, I structured the page with a modular design inspired by the 'bento box' approach, enhancing readability and improving intuitive navigation. The chosen images reflect moments of connection and legacy, helping to humanize the platform.
The outcome
The result was a website, along with its responsive mobile version, carefully designed not only to stand out visually but also to create a tangible sense of trust and connection with the user. Every detail—from the structure’s organization to the choice of images, typography, and color palette—was thoughtfully crafted to deliver a smooth, intuitive, and meaningful experience.
The design prioritized accessibility and seamless navigation, ensuring that users could easily find what they needed without distractions. Additionally, visual elements were incorporated to reflect the brand’s values, fostering an authentic connection with the audience and effectively conveying the message. All these elements came together to create a pleasant and cohesive experience that naturally encouraged users to interact and explore the website.
